1981
Shivalay Group started with investing in land and real estate space in the year 1981 in Gandhinagar
1984-1992
Entered into real estate development and started the first project as a joint venture in Gandhinagar which was successful hit because of its uncompromising quality, good infrastructure and affordable rates. And continued building the real estate in partnerships
1992-2012
The founders of the group expanded its horizon from Gandhinagar and backed many projects in Gujarat and actively involved in some to ensure the highest quality infrastructure for the customers.
2013
It was in early 2013 that the group decided to establish their own brand "Shivalay" and laid the foundation with the project - Shivalay Residency - one of its kind in Kudasan, Gandhinagar which was completed in 2015.
2015
With the aim to give something more and remarkable to customers, a 3BHK apartment project with upgraded lifestyle and amenities "Shivalay Heights" was started and completed in 2018.
2016
"Shivalay Parisar" - a 2BhK + Hall + Kitchen apartment project with club-like amenities and luxurious lifestyle was started which was the first-ever and one of its kind in Gandhinagar real estate.
